These terms govern use of the public website operated by ResidnZ ("ResidnZ", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website purpose

The website provides general information about ResidnZ products and allows visitors to request demonstrations, proposals, migration assessments and related business contact. It is not the customer application and does not itself create a paid subscription or customer relationship.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of using this website. If you submit information on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information and to receive communications about the enquiry.

Enquiries, demonstrations and proposals

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not an order or guarantee of service. A demonstration, trial or proposal may be subject to eligibility, technical feasibility and further verification. Pricing, taxes, implementation scope, data migration, support levels, service commitments and payment terms are confirmed only in a separate written agreement.

Product information

We aim to keep website information clear and accurate, but product descriptions, illustrations, integrations, plans and availability may change. References to preview, planned or provider-dependent capabilities do not promise a release date or production availability. Before relying on a capability, confirm it with ResidnZ and the applicable commercial agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, harmful or unauthorised personal data.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating only to the public website will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. A separate customer agreement may specify different dispute terms for paid services.
